I'm Jordan, an entrepreneur based in Australia with strong business networks in Melbourne, Sydney, and Gold Coast. Over the last 15 years I've built, invested in, and operated businesses across wellness, recovery, fitness, and retail. Growth is a team effort; I drive it and the team delivers it. That has meant part of the founding team at P3 Global, working closely alongside sales, marketing, and operations at P3 Recovery Burleigh, co-founding Vela, a luxury travel and wellness residency brand, and building the digital infrastructure for Hi Vibe Water.

I have invested inside global wellness companies, built ecommerce brands, consulted to health product companies, and developed AI systems for real businesses with real stakes.

I started Plexo to work with a small number of operators who are serious about growth. The people who want someone who has been in the room making the calls, not just read the case study about it.

Business is hard, however, I have always enjoyed solving problems by building teams, systems and most importantly, revenue. I drive the growth; the team delivers it.

My philosophy is simple: show up, do the work, then actually rest. The best founders I know treat their business like a practice: steady progress, real recovery, and a lot of patience. And yes, a great espresso helps.
